episode 8: spiritual sovereignty ritual

This one’s for the wild ones. The ones who hear Spirit in laughter, sensuality, and lightning.

In this thunderous and wildly irreverent episode, I share the story of how I went from doubting my own spiritual instincts to finally claiming them in all their messy, holy glory.

This episode occurs in the context of the new age world. And even if you’ve never been part of this world, this entertaining story gives you examples of what it really means to own your authenticity.

Here’s the episode's outline:

  1. Funny events that transpired as I spent years trying to perform “acceptable” intuition/spirituality, only to feel more confused

  2. 3 dysfunctional questions I kept asking myself

  3. Spirit speaks your love language

  4. THE defining characteristic of true spirituality

  5. Potato Spirituality: Aka there is such a thing as a style of enlightenment

  6. The feminine face of god, wrathful divinity, and real compassion

questions for cultivating spiritual sovereignty

  1. How do I normally express love for something or someone?

  2. How do I normally express love verbally, physically, emotionally, etc?

  3. What do I most enjoy doing, feeling, thinking, or being?

  4. What brings me alive?

  5. What’s my style of enlightenment?

  6. If I could choose what my most intuitive/enlightened/aware/awake self would be, what would they look like?

  7. Choose one system/institution/culture you currently belong to. (Examples - military, education system, marriage, corporate, new age, American, etc). Ask how has the feminine been devalued where I am at?

  8. Bring the feminine in a small way into this place.

  9. Look at your answers above. You’re one step closer to defining your connection to spirit/god/all there is

until next time,

may the dignity of spiritual sovereignty surround you like the warmest blanket you’ve ever known.
