ways to consume
Shake before use
Then either:
Option A (preferred): Mix a tablespoon of the elixir with sparkling water to make a heart-full evening cocktail
Option B: Take a teaspoon of the elixir by itself. Drink a glass of water afterwards because rose can be drying.
