episode 26: birthday rituals

What if honoring your birthday is actually a sacred act—an invitation to incarnate more of your life, your courage, and your love? In this Love Liberation Series session, I share how I once believed my birthday was cursed—truly—and how fear, shame, and repeated calamities made me dread the day I was born. Over time, through a deep spiritual awakening and a rebuilding of self-esteem, I reclaimed my birthday as ceremony. I learned that joy can be a form of justice, and choosing to honor your own existence is a quiet act of rebellion.

Here’s what we explore in this session:

  1. The link between incarnation, your birthday, and your authentic self

  2. Being sick of your own shit as a doorway into spiritual awakening

  3. The instinct to collapse as self-protection—and how to open instead

  4. How to stop a negative belief from getting stuck in your energy field

  5. Being a safe space for yourself

  6. Unique, never-heard-before ways to honor (not celebrate!) your personal birthday portal
